MONDAY: ABS,QUADS,CALVES,HAMSTRINGS
TUESDAY: BACK & BICEPS
WEDNESDAY: CHEST AND TRICEPS
THURSDAY: SHOULDERS/TRAPS & ABS
FRIDAY (FUNDAY): BICEPS TRICEPS CHEST
SATURDAY: BACK & ABS
SUNDAY: W/E I FEEL LIKE DOING. (RESTDAY)
 
NOTE: THIS IS ALL AFTER WORK. THROUGHOUT THE WEEK I DO A VARIETY OF SPORTS/ACTIVITIES AS MY JOB.
BOXING,RUNNING,WALKING LONG DISTANCES 10KM+ WITH A 30KG BAG,SWIMMING,OBSTACLE COURSES.

Monday: pizza
Tuesday: McDonald's
Wednesday: burger king
Thursday: kebab
Friyay: 2x pizza
Saturday: burgers after that loads of drugs and alcohol and nothing tastes better than 5am kebab.
Sunday: hangover pizza

Current schedule until my other employee gets back and my hours lessen.

Sunday:work 12-7, gym after (1 hour cardio HIT)
Monday: Off work (still do paperwork), Upper body workout
Tuesday: work 6am-5pm
Wed:work 6am-5pm, get home and prep food for a week
thurs:work 6am-5pm, get home clean and other stuff like that
Friday: work 12-7pm, then gym (45 mins cardio,lower body)
Saturday: work 7-2pm then trip. After i go to gym and do whatever


Not an amazing schedule but it has helped me lose 25 pounds last 2 months

cuz you train tricep when training chest , "benchpressing"

Exactly, because u feel the pump in ur triceps when u train chest, doesnt mean its better to do combine those.
