Sunday:work 12-7, gym after (1 hour cardio HIT)
Monday: Off work (still do paperwork), Upper body workout
Tuesday: work 6am-5pm
Wed:work 6am-5pm, get home and prep food for a week
thurs:work 6am-5pm, get home clean and other stuff like that
Friday: work 12-7pm, then gym (45 mins cardio,lower body)
Saturday: work 7-2pm then trip. After i go to gym and do whatever
Not an amazing schedule but it has helped me lose 25 pounds last 2 months
